Returns & Exchanges

At MzeShop, we want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
